Payment Options
We are pleased to accept a variety of payment options for your next purchase. These include Credit and Debit Cards, Cheque with Order, Electronic Bank Transfer, and for personal callers we will also accept Cash.

Payment by Credit or Debit Card
Should you wish to complete your order for goods entirely by use of this website, then you must pay using a valid Credit or Debit card (excluding credit account holders), following the instructions during the checkout procedure. You are not obliged to process your order via this website and if you prefer you may place your order by telephoning the sales office. Please have your Credit or Debit Card details ready before calling.

Delivery Address
For non account holding customers wishing to pay by Credit or Debit Card we will only ship goods to the registered address of the cardholder. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause to some customers, but unfortunately due to the activities of a few dishonest people, we have had to impliment this security measure.

Payment by Other Methods
Should you wish to pay for your order by Cheque, Electronic Transfer or Cash then please telephone the sales office for payment instructions. You may complete your order by use of this website by selecting the 'Invoice with Order' option within the Payment Method section at checkout. You can then forward payment to us as per the details on your printable web invoice. Please note that no goods will be dispatched until all payments have been cleared in full, therefore if you wish to pay by cheque and require the goods urgently please allow enough time for your cheque to clear.

Credit Account Holders
If you hold a Credit Account with Sound Exposure Limited then you may order goods either by telephoning the sales office in the usual way, or order online by selecting the 'Invoice with Order' option within the Payment Method section at checkout.

International Orders
If you are an overseas customer and wish to place an order for goods then please telephone the sales office on +44 1329 233244 or by email sales@soundexposure.com. Unfortunately we can no longer accept payment by credit card for international orders.

Security
This site uses a secure Server Certificate to guarantee that the information submitted in the checkout and payment process is safe. When you enter your name, address and credit card information, these details are encrypted on your computer and sent to us before being decrypted by our server. In the unlikely event that anyone did manage to intercept this information, it would be illegible to them. Your credit card details are only used once, at the time of the payment transaction and are not stored after the transaction is completed.
