 | FREE UK Delivery
If you spend £250 or more (excluding VAT) on goods in any single transaction then we will ship it to you completely free of charge. This applies to the UK mainland only and excludes the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Channel Islands, Shetland and all Scottish Islands. Separate carriage charging bands apply for these areas. Goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order and sent via our nominated courier on a 48 hour service. |

FREE Technical Support
You will be entitled to free technical support on any new item, purchased from us for a period of 45 days from the date of invoice. This support is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am to 4pm. Please refer to our contacts page for the telephone number.  | Standard Delivery
Carriage is charged on all orders under £250 (excluding VAT) and is based upon the total value (excluding VAT) of each consignment. Orders of a value up to £100 will be subject to a carriage charge of £6.90 plus VAT. Orders with a value of between £100.01 and £249.99 will be subject to a carriage charge of £9.90 plus VAT. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, Shetland and all Scottish Islands a surcharge of £12.00 plus VAT will apply. For deliveries to The Republic of Ireland and The Channel Islands a surcharge of £22.00 plus VAT will be applied. |

Stock and Dispatch
Most items are available from stock for immediate dispatch. Each item on this web site will be flagged as to whether it is a regular catalogue stock item or not, however this is not a guarantee that the item(s) you require will be immediately available as stock levels change hourly. We will always keep you informed about the status of your order and any delays in delivery. Non stock items or Special Order items are ordered on request on receipt of your order. We will notify you of the expected delivery timescale for each non stock item by telephone or email. You should typically allow 7 to 14 days for delivery. |  |

 | Back Orders
When you place an order for an item which may be out of stock or a non stock item then we will notify you of delivery timescale. If part of your order is out of stock then we will ship the stock items straight away and the balance of your order will follow as soon as our stock is replenished. If your order value is such that it incurs a carriage charge then we will ONLY charge carriage on the initial shipment. Please note we do NOT charge carriage on back orders. |

International Orders and Shipping
International customers are welcome to browse and order products listed on this website. We do not accept online credit card transactions for international orders but we request that you contact our sales team who will notify you of our international payment options. You may place your order by direct email, fax or verbally by telephone to the sales office during UK office hours. Delivery charges are calculated on an individual basis and will vary depending on the class of service required and your destination country. |  |
